At IESR, we truly are like family. Our people are one of our core Power Factors. And, we won't budge on that. We watch over one another and work hard to keep a healthy, vibrant and positive culture throughout our organization. Just ask any one of our employees.

Customers are at the forefront of our daily operations. Our relationships and partnerships drive everything that we do. Without our customers, we wouldn't be where we are today.

A strange word as a core value, isn't it? When you think about it, it's not really. We're humbled by our people and our customers. We acknowledge that they are important to us day in and day out. We wouldn't be where we are today without them.  

Training

Since our employees are one of our most important Power Factors at IESR, it's natural for us to want to provide exceptional opportunities for them. We take training seriously. We've dedicated a lot of resources, including our Head of Education & Training, to cultivate an in-house, fully comprehensive training and development program for our employees. 

Employee Engagement & Communication

By now you know our theme - our people. We're focused on doing everything we can by our people. At IESR, you may find us having a company picnic with family at one of our locations, or see us bragging on social media about employee promotions, and even see pics of one of us dressed as our company mascot (Wirenut, the Honey Badger - you may see him around). 

Opportunity 

When we say opportunity, we mean opportunity. Here at IESR, it's not uncommon to hear stories about our employees and how they've developed their career through incredible opportunities. 

Weird 

That's right. No need to do a double-take, you read it right. It's not misspelled. A common misconception is that it's supposed to say "wired" - after all, we are electrical contractors. We love that our #8 core value is "weird", and we totally embrace it. It sums up our company completely, because we have such a diverse culture at IES Residential. And, together we make a huge family; one huge, weird family and we wouldn't have it any other way.
